Week 1: Introduction to Support Group Dynamics
Learn the basics of support group management, get Mental Health First Aid certificate, and begin thinking about the type of support group you’d like to establish.
Week 2: Support Group Facilitation Techniques
Enhance your skills in facilitation, communication, and managing diverse group dynamics through practical workshops and exercises.
